Against All Odds (2011)

Chris Black is from Willoughby, an eastern suburb of Cleveland. He originally began playing music as a bassist in a rock group, while learning other instruments. Black began rapping on the side, and eventually learned the ropes of recording at home. His solo rap music starting conflicting with the rock group and helped lead to the group breaking up. Among his accomplishments is the formation of Tri-C Rock Off finalist Final Frontierz, in which Black played guitar, sang, and rapped.

Welcome - E.P. (2013)

Chris has recorded at multiple studios in the greater Cleveland area. He has performed in many concerts at various venues, including Cleveland's House of Blues, the Grog Shop, and the Beachland Tavern. His first full album, 'Against All Odds' was released via hard copy on June 3, 2011. His newest E.P., 'Welcome' was released digitally and via hard copy on January 29, 2013. The E.P. gained Black a lot of popularity in the Cleveland area, including features in Scene, I'm From Cleveland, and interviews with multiple radio stations.
